CHUUJI-YAKUZEN-NABE

Our selling point is undeniably our chuji-yakuzen-nabe

“Food makes people better. Food is the real medicine.” This is the concept of yakuzen (medicinal cooking). Japanese people have naturally put their bodies into order by combining familiar seasonal ingredients without using expensive crude medicines since ancient times. We cook our meals slowly over a long period of time using eight kinds of natural remedy and spices in our hotel.
